Ah Yaw's special tummy remover training

Ah Yaw's special slimming training!! this is his first day of such intensive training at Matilda Bay =)

The second day.... of training.. no photo was taken .. as only Ah Yaw and Kwan Chi went for that jogging.. where's the rest????

Ah Yaw's third day of more intensive training by Ben (da S'pore soul'jah) and Kwan (civilian)... hehe... after that jog.. Ah Yaw and the rest planned to go fishing... but Seems like Ah Yaw backed off last minite.. =P
